Pay:
From $16.50 per hour Job Overview Teton Leather is growing! We are looking for a few hard working, dedicated individuals to join our team of passionate leather techs and help break in our brand new shop!
Perks:
We work 4/10's so you always have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. We train, from the ground up, we will help you learn a new skill. Tons of room for growth and development. You will go home everyday smelling like leather. Responsibilities Operate and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic presses, hot stamps, grinders, buffers, and hand tools. Perform assembly tasks, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. Utilize leatherworking techniques and skills to create components as needed. Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production processes. Handle heavy lifting and assist in warehouse operations as required. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Skills Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes in a manufacturing setting. Previous experience in millwork or warehouse environments is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
