From slow-baked peach cobblers to creamy banana puddings, fluffy cinnamon rolls to rich shakes and cookies — every item is made from scratch with love and the finest ingredients. We're bringing that same dedication to Boston, and we need talented, passionate kitchen team members to help us deliver that experience every single day. Position Summary As a Cobbler Crafter, you are the heart of our operation. You'll be responsible for preparing and producing our signature desserts and menu items with consistency, quality, and care. This role requires attention to detail, pride in your craft, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. No prior dessert experience required — we will train the right candidate in our recipes and processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake signature menu items including peach cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and other desserts according to Peach Cobbler Factory recipes and standards Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, and prep tools safely and efficiently Perform daily food prep tasks including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure all products are prepared to standard Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations (HACCP standards) Assist with receiving, labeling, and properly storing inventory and food deliveries Communicate proactively with team members and managers about inventory levels and product needs Support high-volume production during peak hours and special events or catering orders Assist with opening and/or closing kitchen duties as assigned Qualifications Prior kitchen, food prep, or cooking experience preferred; dessert or bakery experience is a plus Willingness to learn Peach Cobbler Factory recipes and production methods — we will train you! Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing a consistent, high-quality product Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Reliable, punctual, and dependable — your team counts on you Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a warm kitchen environment Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Must be available for a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
