Peach Cobbler Factory is opening soon in Winston-Salem, and we're looking for friendly, energetic and dependable Cobbleristas to join our opening team! If you enjoy making people smile, creating delicious desserts and being part of a fun, upbeat environment, we'd love to meet you. Experience is always welcome, but a positive attitude, and genuine hospitality are what matter most to us. What You'll Do As a Cobblerista, you'll help create a sweet experience for every guest by: Welcoming guests with a smile and providing friendly, attentive service Preparing and serving our signature cobblers, banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, shakes and other delicious desserts Taking orders and accurately operating the POS system Preparing beverages and completing dessert orders with care and consistency Handling cash and electronic payments accurately Keeping the store clean, organized and inviting Following food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards Restocking products and supplies throughout your shift Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities Working together with your fellow Cobbleristas to keep things running smoothly What We're Looking For A friendly, positive and guest-focused personality Dependability and a strong work ethic Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and jump in where needed Ability to work efficiently in a fun, fast-paced environment Availability for a mix of days, evenings and weekends Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer $11-$13 per hour, based on experience and availability Tips in addition to hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee discount Paid training Opportunities to learn, grow and take on additional responsibility A fun, positive and welcoming team environment We're excited to bring Peach Cobbler Factory back to Winston-Salem and build an amazing team centered around great desserts, great service and making every guest's visit a little sweeter.
