A love for dogs is a must. You'll be surrounded by them in our store, meeting customers and their dogs throughout the day. Paws of Us is a growing pet lifestyle brand offering apparel and accessories for dogs and cats, personalized products, officially licensed sports and entertainment merchandise, toys, treats, gifts and more. Giving back is at the heart of what we do. Through our Shared Life, Shared Love Project, we donate one pound of food to pets in need with every purchase. As a Personalization & Product Associate, you'll work directly with customers to help create customized products while providing a fun and memorable experience. This is a hands-on position involving heat presses, patches, lettering and other personalization techniques. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Help customers select products, patches, lettering and personalization options Create personalized products accurately and efficiently Operate heat-press and related personalization equipment after training Properly position and apply patches, names and other design elements Maintain quality standards on finished products Provide friendly customer service throughout the personalization process Keep the personalization area clean, organized and stocked Assist with product replenishment and merchandising when needed Work closely with the sales team during busy periods Follow all equipment and workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive and comfortable interacting with customers Dependable, punctual and detail-oriented Good eye for product placement and presentation Comfortable learning and operating personalization equipment Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Retail, crafting, apparel decoration, heat-press, embroidery or similar experience is a plus, but not required Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends and holidays
