A love for dogs is a must. You'll be surrounded by them in our store, meeting customers and their dogs throughout the day. Paws of Us is a growing pet lifestyle brand offering apparel and accessories for dogs and cats, personalized products, officially licensed sports and entertainment merchandise, toys, treats, gifts and more. Giving back is at the heart of what we do. Through our Shared Life, Shared Love Project, we donate one pound of food to pets in need with every purchase. As a Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you'll help create a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. We're looking for people who enjoy working with customers, bring positive energy to the sales floor and are comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service Help customers find products for their pets and pet-loving families Learn our products, collections and Paws of Us story Operate our point-of-sale system and process customer transactions Assist with merchandising, displays and product replenishment Keep the sales floor clean, organized and customer-ready Support promotions, special events and in-store experiences Work closely with other team members during busy periods Perform other retail duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, outgoing and positive personality Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable approaching and assisting customers Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced retail environment Retail, sales or customer-service experience preferred, but we will train the right people Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends and holidays
