We offer enrichment programs in Music, Theater, Dance, Visual Arts, Sports and Games, STEAM and more. We're looking for a Group Leader for our afterschool programs. Wildarts believes in leading with kindness. We focus on building positive relationships with the youth we serve so that afterschool feels like a safe space to have fun and socialize. Group leaders are experts in the children of their groups. Group leaders lead students through meal time, outdoor play, an arts activity, and homework help. They know when someone's having a hard day, who has a hard time with their math homework, and who needs extra supervision in the play yard. Our Group Leaders work with Teaching Artists in Visual Art, Theater, Dance, Sports and Games and more to facilitate learning and creativity. We're hoping to find someone who wants to cultivate community and make a home for themselves at Wildarts. Our Group Leaders will work Monday through Friday from 2:15PM to 6:00PM when school is in session. We hold staff meetings every other week on Monday evenings until 6:30PM.
