In this role, you will be responsible for restoring the shine and appearance of footwear, ensuring every customer leaves with shoes that look their best. This position offers an opportunity to develop specialized skills in shoe care while providing excellent member service. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about attentiveness to detail, and eager to help members look sharp. This is a tipped position, accepting gratuities in addition to the $15/hrly base rate. Responsibilities Clean and polish shoes using appropriate techniques to achieve a high-gloss finish. Perform cosmetic restoration on damaged or scuffed footwear to improve appearance. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and supplies are well-organized. Skills Experience with shoe cleaning, polishing, and repair techniques is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating costs or time estimates.
