Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Do you live for powder days? Know the difference between rocker and camber? Want to share your passion for skiing and snowboarding with others? Ski 'N See is looking for Prostaff Associates —our on-the-ground experts who deliver top-tier customer service, share product knowledge, and help guests make the most of their time on the mountain. As part of our prostaff, you'll be more than just sales or rentals—you'll be a trusted guide for customers, helping them choose the right gear, offering tips from your own experience, and representing Ski 'N See both in-store and out on the slopes.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist customers in selecting the perfect rental or retail equipment for their needs. Provide expert boot fitting and set up ski/snowboard gear to ensure safety and comfort. Share product knowledge gained through hands-on training and your own mountain experience. Maintain an organized, visually appealing retail floor. Help foster a welcoming, positive environment for guests and team members alike.
