Summary Description:

As a Snowboard Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to expert for all things snowboarding. From boards to boots to bindings, you'll share your knowledge and passion for the sport to help guests find their perfect setup. Along the way, you'll keep the shop looking sharp, support inventory needs, and deliver an authentic the best-in-class service experience.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Planning Your Next Run):

Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun, friendly shop experience

Help riders find their dream setup by sharing your expertise in boards, boots, and bindings

Dial in the perfect boot fit so riders are comfortable, supported, and ready to ride all day

Keep the shop organized with fresh merchandising and clean displays

Help track and manage inventory so the shop stays well-stocked

Other duties as may be assigned

What Makes You a

Fit:

You're outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.

You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).

Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.

You're good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.

Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation

Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
