Third shift Automation Controls Technician A successful Automation Controls Technician has a keen eye for detail and good mechanical aptitude. Verifiable experience in a Manufacturing setting with electrical, instrumental, control, PLC/DCS, are required.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2 - 5 years in Manufacturing environment, working in the same or similar capacity. Recent graduate with a degree in Automation Technology or Electrical engineering, will be considered. Knowledge and experience in repair and maintenance of Robots & PLC.

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Post Secondary education in engineering (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent experience. Formal education in Robotics and PLC (preferred). Certificate from formal apprenticeship program (preferred).

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY

To support the Manufacturing TEAM by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated systems to insure their functionality and efficiency.
