Controls Tech at Insight Global, LLC in Mountain Home, Arkansas, United States Job Description Job Description We're looking for a hands-on Controls Technician to support a manufacturing facility by troubleshooting equipment, improving uptime, and supporting new installs. This person will play a key role in maintaining and upgrading automated systems while partnering with Engineering and EHS teams on ongoing improvements. Day to Day

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, and automation-related equipment issues
• Program new motors PLC systems
• Support equipment upgrades, new installs, and programming changes
• Perform advanced maintenance to improve uptime and equipment reliability
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and EHS on CapEx projects
• Complete work orders including electrical repairs, part replacements, and system upgrades
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols
• Move between work areas as needed to support production demands
• Operate independently while meeting productivity and quality standards
