The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electrical control panels, panel wiring, electrical schematics, PLCs, relays, VFDs, AC/DC circuits, and troubleshooting automated equipment. This position will work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure equipment is properly installed, tested, and operating safely. Key Responsibilities Install and wire electrical control panels based on electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Troubleshoot electrical control systems, automated equipment, and control-panel issues. Test and verify electrical systems, components, sensors, instrumentation, and system functionality. Work with AC/DC, low-voltage and high-voltage circuits, motors, relays, and VFDs . Support PLC-based control systems and electrical equipment integration. Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Use electrical test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes . Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Document installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities. Follow all electrical, safety, quality, and company procedures. Collaborate with engineering, production, and field service teams on equipment improvements and issue resolution. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician, Controls Technician, Electrical Control Technician, or similar role . Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Hands-on experience with electrical panel wiring and control systems . Working knowledge of AC/DC circuits, motors, relays, VFDs, and electrical safety. Experience with industrial automation or manufacturing equipment. Ability to use electrical test equipment, including multimeters. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on-site and support equipment startup/commissioning when required.
