• Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, HVAC, computer technology, or related field, or 2+ years of HVAC/building automation experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls, facility management systems, system installation, and service practices.
• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Basic leadership skills and experience supporting field technicians.
• PC proficiency and ability to work with HVAC-related software and programming tools.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards - OSHA Certifications
