Job Description This person will commission and troubleshoot Johnson Controls building automation and HVAC control systems. Support warranty issues, improve building performance, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, HVAC, computer technology, or related field, or 2+ years of HVAC/building automation experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls, facility management systems, system installation, and service practices.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Basic leadership skills and experience supporting field technicians.
- PC proficiency and ability to work with HVAC-related software and programming tools.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards - OSHA Certifications
