Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish and English) Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing construction activities, collaborating with permitting teams and installation crews, and ensuring precise measurements and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities in both languages, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

Duties What You Do:

Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materials Provide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacement Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation Understands and adheres to the established Windows & Doors Store processes and standards Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniques

What You Need:

2-3 years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience preferred Window installation experience Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents, and messages Mechanical aptitude Good organizational skills Good computer skills Willingness to learn This is not an entry level position Don't let this chance pass you by, Potential slots are limited as we are only looking to fill only a few positions with the RIGHT qualified candidate.
