This role is responsible for providing high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the installation, programming, commissioning, and ongoing service of DDC and building automation systems. This position works closely with customers and internal teams to deliver fully functional systems that meet project requirements and C&C Group standards. Ideal Candidate Responsibilities Perform end-to-end system testing, programming downloads, startup, commissioning, and service on assigned projects. Interpret control drawings, plans, and specifications to mount, assemble, test, and program building automation systems. Analyze, diagnose, and repair direct digital control (DDC) systems at customer locations. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, system replacements, and modifications as requested. Prepare for on-site work by reviewing building layouts, anticipating challenges, gathering materials, and coordinating project activities. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate execution of project scope. Provide customer training and technical support as needed. Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns, implementing solutions, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Requirements Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, temperature controls, or building automation systems. Demonstrated experience with PCs, networks, databases, and operating systems. Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and control drawings. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation, including criminal and motor vehicle checks.
