Ronnie Harris Job Summary/Basic Functions The Building Control Systems Technician will coordinate Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (hereafter MEP) Services staff, within their appointed areas of specialty, to ensure that the EKU Buildings operate at the expected level of comfort and efficiency. Coordinate all activities related to monitoring and maintenance of the NSB MEP systems, which includes the use of various computer systems, to maintain an optimum educational environment. Incumbent works directly with the Manager, Campus Utility Systems and Building Control and assists them by coordinating Facilities Management resources.Minimum Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
Five years experience is required.Licensure & Certifications:
- Valid state driver's license is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Job Duties:
70%- Completes preventative maintenance and repairs in assigned area to ensure efficient operations.
