The Billing Specialist Responsible for managing customer billing requirements, ensuring accuracy in billing rates, and providing exceptional customer support. Collaborating with project managers and operations teams, resolves discrepancies, and escalates unresolved issues. Reviews and reconciles financial reports, AR aging, receipts, and cash, while adhering to accounting policies and internal controls. Performs additional duties as assigned and participates in ongoing training to enhance expertise.Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test manual, pneumatic, hydraulic, and actuated valves.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gate, globe, ball, butterfly, check, plug, relief, and control valves.
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, and reassemble valves according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct pressure, seat leakage, hydrostatic, and functional testing.
- Replace valve components including seats, seals, packing, stems, bearings, and actuators.
- Read and interpret P&IDs, valve drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
- Install and remove valves in offshore process systems.
- Perform flange management and torqueing using approved procedures.
- Complete field service reports, inspection records, and test documentation.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and offshore personnel.
- Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses.
- Follow all company, customer, OSHA, and offshore safety regulations.
