Job Description

PNEUMATIC TECHNICIAN - OFFSHORE
Energy Solutions Technology (EST) is looking to hire experienced Pneumatic Technicians for offshore positions (Supervisor, Sr. Tech, and Tech I), who can work independently, or under supervision of Pneumatic Supervisors, on construction, projects, and/or call-out jobs.
Responsibilities include:
Installing ¼" to 1" stainless tubing, tubing bending, group tubing, panel breakouts & order changes Work inside (repairing/modifying) pneumatic panels Installing associated mechanical equipment Flushing and pressure leak testing on instrumentation tubing Sound knowledge in the functioning of various components of instrumentation installations Ability to read and understand schematic and P&ID Completing project documentation including Inspection & Test Reports, Red Lines, etc.. Ensure all work meets project quality standards Understand the need for, and adherence to, permit to work and isolation procedures Coordinate activities with other departments Training and mentoring less experienced personnel Maintain positive working relationships with supervisors, fellow employees & vendors Following safety work practices Knowledge and use of various testing equipment Knowledge of certified equipment and hazardous areas Offering exceptional customer service Electrical knowledge, preferred
Requirements:
