Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Lead development and practice of

policies Satisfy Hoover CS's expectations regarding quality, timeliness, communications, and other areas. Support Hoover Circular Solutions drive to develop customer loyalty Maintain and ensure that all SOPs are being followed. Coordinate training on company policy especially HSE and operational performance. Identify and implement activities to achieve goals, areas of cost and efficiency improvement Support personnel activities such as selection, training, or evaluation Maintain operational compliance with applicable regulations Other duties as assigned Maintain inventory in work area Must be able to paint, scrap and apply decal stickers to tanks Perform routine maintenance in the work area; i.e. sweeping and basic clean up Handle parts, materials, equipment, and tools used in the assembly process or to be shipped Must be able to work in a group. Skills Required 5+ years' experience in warehouse operations Knowledge of regulations surrounding packaging and shipment dangerous and hazardous materials Background in the refining/petrochemical catalyst industry Strong background in safety Knowledge of PPE and SDS sheets Demonstrate ability to complete work orders Demonstrate ability to work both alone and in groups Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. frequently Moderate physical effort which requires standing on a concrete floor for prolonged periods of time Must be able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time. Ability to climb, bend, and stoop to perform various functions of the position Good hand/eye coordination Good visual acuity
