Building Controls Service Technician Marlborough, MA | $90,000 to $95,000 per year This company is hiring an experienced Building Controls Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and optimize Building Automation Systems for commercial facilities. The role covers service work on BAS and DDC systems, with a focus on system reliability, preventative maintenance and customer support. Schedule Full time, field based role with occasional emergency service calls as needed. Compensation $90,000 to $95,000 per year. What You'll Do In this role, you will diagnose and repair BAS and DDC systems, perform preventative maintenance and calibrate controllers, sensors and field devices. You will troubleshoot communication networks, commission system upgrades and expansions, and train customers on system operation. The role also includes documenting service activity and responding to emergency service calls when required.
