Job Description
Job Description Our client is seeking a Controls Technician to join their team that performs troubleshooting and service work to BAS systems and field controls throughout Maryland. Primary sites are Baltimore and Ft. Meade.

- Under minimal supervision, conducts preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing of systems.
- Troubleshooting Allerton & ALC systems
- Performs point to point check out to verify that controls systems have been installed properly. Troubleshoots and resolves HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems.
- Properly completes required project documentation.
- Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on site, customer interface.
- Properly completes required project and service documentation.

- VAVs, AHUs, fan coil units, ductwork, piping
- BAS system operation experience
- Motivated and professional - show up on time, willing to work OT if needed, & ready to learn more about controls
- Central utility plant experience
- DDC controls troubleshooting experience
- Point-to-point checkouts with ALC systems
- Construction experience within HVAC and Controls environments
- Basic level programming (called logic for controls)
- Basic low-voltage electrical experience
