Job Description

Smart Building Technologies is seeking an early-career Controls Technician to support installation, troubleshooting, and service of building automation systems. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls, electrical troubleshooting, BAS, or a related technical field! What you'll do: Provide expert service to our existing EMS/BAS systems to ensure optimal performance. Dive into service installation projects, from sensor and relay upgrades to programming tweaks and controller replacements, always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Conduct proactive preventive maintenance visits, safeguarding our systems and ensuring they operate flawlessly. Partner with our service team to troubleshoot, resolve, and verify service issues, ensuring seamless operations. Hone your programming skills to become a self-sufficient service guru, ready to handle any challenge, even when remote support isn't available. What we hope you bring to the table:
Experience:
2+ years in an industry-related field, including
HVAC Systems and DDC Systems Know-How:
Deep understanding of BAS control components, control strategies, and programming.
Software Proficiency:
