This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on panel building, field troubleshooting, and engineering support, and wants to grow with a company backed by the scale and stability of a larger parent organization. What You'll Be Doing Support the design and documentation of new electrical products and enhancements alongside Mechanical Design and R D teams Build electrical panels, run conduit, pull cable, and wire machines from blueprints Track BOM parts and coordinate timing with the assembly department for machine wiring and startup Partner with Controls Engineers to analyze electrical and material costs Use CAD tools to review product form, fit, and function Test safety circuits and support prototype assembly and evaluation Maintain organized, accurate engineering documentation, including schematics and bills of materials for every machine Travel for field support on machine installs, setup, and service across the company's customer and dealer network Serve as a point of contact for engineering-related customer service inquiries What You Bring High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering a plus ~5 years of hands-on electrical experience, ideally in an OEM manufacturing environment Working knowledge of RSLogix 5000/500 and FactoryTalk View ME Comfort reading blueprints and wiring machines to spec Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D drawing tools, Excel, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills A collaborative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges Why This Role Join a company with deep roots in industrial packaging equipment, backed by a larger national organization's resources Day-one benefits eligibility, no waiting period Comprehensive medical/dental, life insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) with company match Real growth path in a company that actively promotes from within
