Job Details What You'll Do Troubleshoot industrial electrical and controls systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Install, wire, and troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, drives, and automation components Support PLC-controlled equipment and industrial control systems Assist with equipment upgrades, controls improvements, and machine modernization projects Help identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual processes Participate in machine startup, testing, commissioning, and continuous improvement efforts Diagnose electrical and controls issues, including equipment with limited documentation Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability Maintain accurate documentation of electrical changes and system improvements

What We're Looking For:

Top Priorities Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting skills Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment Ability to diagnose and solve problems on unfamiliar machinery Controls troubleshooting experience involving sensors, relays, drives, HMIs, and automation systems Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn Industrial maintenance, controls, automation, or field service background Additional Qualifications Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience with motor controls, VFDs, and industrial automation equipment Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs editing experience Experience with equipment upgrades, machine installations, or commissioning projects Pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting Automated manufacturing equipment Trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on industrial experience Interested in hearing more?
