Job Description
What your day looks like In Stokesdale, NC, you'll be the steady hand behind reliable production—keeping automation and controls healthy so every shift runs smoothly and product quality stays high. You'll move between panels, PLCs, and instrumentation, solving problems on the spot and planning ahead to prevent them in the first place. On a typical week, you will Install, maintain, and troubleshoot control systems and related equipment to keep operations stable. Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance on automation and controls. Work side by side with engineering and production teams to fine-tune performance and throughput. Record maintenance and repair work with accuracy and clarity. Support development and rollouts of control system upgrades. Provide hands-on technical support and training to teammates when needed. Uphold all safety standards and company procedures at every step. What you bring Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience in a Control Technician or similar role. Solid grasp of control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation. Exceptional troubleshooting ability and a practical, problem-solving mindset. Comfort working independently and cooperating within a team. Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
