Job Description

Job Description Support the design, programming, startup, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial, healthcare, and government projects. This position will work closely with senior engineers and field teams to develop controls solutions while gaining hands-on experience with client systems.
Responsibilities:
Create controls design documents and engineering submittals Assist with BAS programming and controls configuration Support equipment startup and commissioning activities Troubleshoot controls issues alongside engineers Work under the guidance of senior engineering leadership to develop technical expertise Collaborate with project teams, technicians, and customers to support project execution We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) OR equivalent technical experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability and willingness to learn new software, systems, and technologies Good communication and teamwork skills Coachable attitude and willingness to learn from senior engineers Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience HVAC controls experience Controls programming experience Startup and commissioning experience Experience reading or developing control drawings and submittals Previous commercial, industrial, healthcare, or government project experience Experience working with technicians, installers, or field service teams
