The ideal candidate will have strong PLC, SCADA, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance experience, along with a commitment to safety and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and SCADA systems. Diagnose and repair electrical, automation, and industrial equipment issues. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation. Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment testing. Support control system design, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with electrical safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and arc flash procedures. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to maximize equipment reliability. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with industrial automation, PLC programming, and troubleshooting. Experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms. Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, and industrial equipment. Knowledge of

NEC, OSHA, NFPA

70E, and electrical safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces. Available for paid overtime Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in Electrical Technology, Engineering, or related Experience with SCADA systems and HMI development. Electrical maintenance certifications. Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, or welding systems. Bilingual English/Spanish.
