SUMMARY:
Setup and acceptance testing of liquid circulating temperature control systems and customer service support by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Other duties may be assigned. Connect and disconnect units mechanically and electrically to test line. Verify units perform to all specifications per model code and option code. Troubleshoot failures and perform repairs. Setup and calibrate mechanical and electrical components. Accurately complete quality control worksheets with test data results. Provide on-site support to engineering, customer service, sales, and customers. Recommend process improvements to test line to increase throughput. Responsible for complying with the company's Environmental Policy Manual, applicable work instructions and reporting any environmental nonconformance and/or potential nonconformance to supervision or management. Adhere to work instructions and SOP's in accordance with
ISO 9001. QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Refrigeration certification is a plus.
