$79,040/year base, plus $1.75/hour shift differential and a 10% shift premium

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining material handling and storage systems, distribution center operations, and warehouse management systems; experience guiding teams and technical individual contributors

Friday - Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (3x12s) Logic Staffing is seeking a Senior Controls Technician to join a growing and dynamic distribution team! Guide and support teams and technical individual contributors, fostering cooperation, ownership, and strong results Maintain and troubleshoot material handling and storage systems across distribution center operations Apply working knowledge of warehousing and physical distribution processes Troubleshoot high and low voltage systems, including motors, drives, and starters Build and perform preventive maintenance programs Work with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Controls System (WCS) applications Support and maintain visualization SCADA systems Work across PLC platforms, including AB/Rockwell, Siemens, and Step 7

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: Experience with advanced material handling systems (e.g., high-speed sortation, AS/RS a plus); experience with WMS and WCS applications; troubleshooting high and low voltage systems; experience with SCADA systems (Ignition software preferred); working knowledge of PLC platforms (AB/Rockwell, Siemens, Step 7); experience building preventative maintenance programs Soft skills: Strong team leadership and guidance ability; excellent verbal and written communication skills; results-driven with a sense of ownership; collaborative and cooperative team-building approach
