$35 Responsibilities Read and interpret electrical schematics to build and wire control panels for custom equipment. Assemble and wire control components and devices in accordance with detailed schematics and documentation. Mount components and assemble structural and functional systems to complete custom test equipment. Install custom test equipment at customer sites. Assist with site start-up and commissioning of new equipment, including functional checks and system verification. Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing equipment to restore or maintain proper operation. Verify electrical functionality of assembled machinery using appropriate testing tools and procedures. Use electrical meters and other test equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues, including AC, DC, and signal loops. Travel domestically and locally approximately 25-35% of the time to support installations, start-ups, and service work. Essential Skills At least 5 years of experience with industrial control systems. Experience working with refrigeration type industrial macjhines. Strong electrical wiring experience, including control wiring and panel building. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and documentation. Work experience working with AC from 24 to 480 volts, single and three phase. Experience with installation, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and PC/PLC-based controls. Experience working with custom equipment in an industrial environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Southampton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr.
