As a Controls Construction Technician IV, you will be part of the Controls Department supporting the technical operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Install, program, test, and calibrate control systems, including related software, hardware, and equipment.

+ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair control systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. + Operate control systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. + Provide leadership and training to lower-level technicians to foster team growth and development. + Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, repairs, and upgrades for future reference.
