Automation Technician / Controls Engineer — Western New York We're looking for one or two skilled individuals to support manufacturing automation across Western New York facilities. This role covers a wide range of industrial systems, and we're open to varying experience levels — the ideal candidate is someone eager to learn and grow with the work. What you'll work with: PLCs, conveyors, vision systems, barcode scanners, robots, VFDs, HMIs, servos, encoders, hydraulics, pneumatics, and presses.

Preferred programming experience:

Rockwell (Allen-Bradley), Siemens, and Codesys — candidates with strong experience in any of these platforms are highly valued.

Experience level:

Technician-level and engineering-level candidates both welcome You don't need experience in every area listed above — the more you have, the better, but a strong aptitude and willingness to learn matters most Work arrangement: Technician work: on-site, traveling to locations throughout Western New York Engineering/programming work: remote work available for candidates with strong programming and engineering backgrounds Position can be structured as a regular hourly employee or a 1099 contractor, depending on fit

$30.00 - $60.00 per hour
