You'll learn from experienced leaders, work hands-on in the field, and play an important role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation solutions—all while building skills that set you up for long-term growth. What You'll Do Support lead installers with the installation, testing, and maintenance of conveyor control systems Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for safe, efficient installs Assist with inspections and troubleshooting while following all safety standards and guidelines Document work completed and system updates while maintaining a clean, organized work area What You'll Bring High school diploma, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation Basic experience with electrical work and comfort using tools (hand tools, power tools, volt meters) Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (drive/fly) 50-75%, based on project needs Work Schedule During times of significant workload and/or project go-lives, an employee could be expected to work shifts greater than 12hrs and/or work weeks greater than 60hrs, including weekends, with overtime compensated appropriately.
