Install, start up, test and service Building Automation Systems Assist with or independently perform DDC system commissioning Troubleshoot HVAC controls, sensors, controllers and related equipment Read wiring diagrams, control drawings, mechanical plans and project documentation Download, configure and update controller software Test, calibrate and adjust building automation equipment Verify system operation according to project requirements and control sequences Create or modify BAS graphics, databases and controller configurations Document completed work, system changes and commissioning results Communicate project progress, field conditions and technical concerns Compensation and job level will be based on the depth of your experience. Independent BAS or DDC installation BAS programming and sequence development System commissioning and functional testing Advanced HVAC controls troubleshooting BACnet, Modbus or LonWorks Niagara or Tridium Distech Controls Siemens or comparable BAS platforms Front-end graphics development Controller and database configuration Commercial chillers, boilers, air handlers and VAV systems IP networking and system integration
