Available Benefits Help for . : Anthis Valve Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Lathe Operator to set up and operate manual and CNC lathes to machine metal components used in valve repair and manufacturing. The successful candidate will read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, maintain quality standards, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties:

Set up and operate lathe machines Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Measure and inspect finished parts using precision instruments Adjust machine settings to maintain specifications Perform routine machine maintenance Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Maintain accurate production records

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Background requirement: Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. (Due to the nature of the employer's business, company policy requires that candidates with criminal backgrounds will not be considered for employment.)
