Candidates must have hands-on valve assembly experience, not candidates whose experience is limited to installation, maintenance, or field service.
Qualified Candidates Must Have Experience In:
Assembling valves from components Calibrating valves Stainless steel tubing installation and bending Reading technical drawings and assembly documentation Pressure testing and hydro testing (preferred but not required) Troubleshooting and repair of valve components Position-Specific Experience Safety Valve Technicians Candidates should have experience: Disassembling and assembling Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) Lapping valve seats and discs Calibrating set pressures Performing seat leakage and set pressure testing Understanding API standards and pressure relief valve operation Control Valve Technicians Candidates should have experience: Control valve assembly and repair Stainless steel tubing installation and bending Actuator and positioner setup Hydro testing and pressure testing Valve calibration and troubleshooting Reading P&IDs and assembly drawings Becker Valve Technicians Candidates should have experience: Becker valve assembly Stainless steel tubing fabrication and installation Leak testing and troubleshooting Mechanical assembly and repair Essential Requirements of the Role 2+ years of valve assembly experience. Experience with stainless steel tubing installation and bending. Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting experience. Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly instructions.   • Installing and bending stainless steel tubing and ensuring leak-free connections. Inspection & Problem Resolution
  • Identifying defects, troubleshooting assembly issues, and verifying performance through functional testing.
