What is on offer Sponsored Ignition certification A controls profit-share bonus targeting 10 to 15% that has exceeded target in recent years Medical, dental and vision cover 401(k) with company match Paid time off, parental leave and disability cover Tuition reimbursement This suits someone who is happiest with a set of drawings and a live site, who documents their work properly, and who stays calm when a startup goes sideways at 10pm. It suits someone who treats platforms as tools rather than identity, because the stack here is changing. On site in the Ashburn and Northern Virginia area rather than hybrid, covering Sterling, Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, Centreville, Manassas, Leesburg, Fairfax, Arlington, Washington DC, Loudoun and Prince William counties, and Frederick MD. Travel willingness of around 75% is required. If this sounds like you, apply today. Even if your Resume is not fully up to date, we would still like to hear from you.
