Compensation Range:
$ 50 Senior Field Service Controls Technician Remote | Travel Required | Munters Corporation Help Keep Mission-Critical Cooling Systems Running Munters is a global leader in climate solutions for mission-critical environments. Our Data Center Cooling team is looking for a Senior Field Service Controls Technician to provide advanced technical support for our data center cooling systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting HVAC and controls systems, solving complex field issues, and supporting technicians and customers . You'll work closely with Field Service, Engineering, R D, and customers to keep critical cooling equipment operating reliably. What You'll Do Travel to customer jobsites to troubleshoot complex HVAC, controls, and equipment issues. Provide advanced technical support to Field Service Technicians by phone and onsite. Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to controls programs, HMI systems, and graphical interfaces . Support new product development and prototype testing at Munters facilities. Work with Engineering and R D to identify design improvements and resolve field issues. Participate in Kaizen and cross-functional improvement initiatives. Support cost reduction and continuous improvement through the ECO process. Assist with prototype builds and provide feedback to engineering and design teams. Serve as a technical resource for Field Service and other internal teams. What We're Looking For Strong experience troubleshooting HVAC equipment and controls systems . Knowledge of HVAC components including compressors, valves, fans, and heat exchangers. Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to travel to customer sites as needed. Experience with 3D
CAD, ERP/MRP
systems, or complex mechanical assemblies is a plus. Mechanical Engineering degree and 3-5 years of industry experience preferred. Why Join Munters?
