ASAP Sponsorship is not available Powersports Engine Development Manager Description Our client, a leading manufacturer of performance exhaust systems, is seeking a scrappy and resourceful Powersports Engine Development Manager to lead its Research & Development department. This hands-on role involves developing and testing high-performance exhaust systems, bridging the gap between design, prototyping, and production in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal red tape. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, has expertise in 2-stroke and 4-stroke internal combustion engines, metal fabrication, and prototype development, and works closely with engineering and production teams to turn innovative ideas into high-quality, race-ready components.
