As a Body Sculptor, you'll guide clients on their wellness and beauty journey—providing personalized care, ensuring comfort, and delivering visible results that boost self-esteem. Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of non-invasive body sculpting treatments (such as cavitation, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, lymphatic drainage, etc.) tailored to client needs. Conduct consultations to understand client goals, set realistic expectations, and recommend the best treatment plans. Educate clients on aftercare, lifestyle habits, and maintenance to support long-lasting results. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming treatment environment in line with health and safety standards. Document client progress, treatment notes, and before-and-after photos with professionalism and confidentiality. Ensure all equipment is properly operated, sanitized, and maintained. Stay informed on the latest body contouring trends, products, and techniques. Provide exceptional client care that builds trust and long-term relationships. Support business growth by recommending additional services, treatment packages, or retail products when appropriate. Collaborate with the aesthetics and wellness team to create a positive and professional workplace culture. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in body sculpting, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness services is preferred (training can be provided for the right candidate). Knowledge of non-invasive body contouring techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Detail-oriented with excellent hands-on skills and a gentle, professional touch. Ability to educate clients clearly on treatments, expectations, and aftercare. Passion for health, beauty, and wellness, with a desire to stay updated on industry trends. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
