We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable Tech Enrichment Program Instructor to join our Oakland program. About the Role As a Tech Enrichment Program Instructor, you will lead engaging, hands-on technology activities for students. You will help students develop creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, and technology skills through exciting enrichment activities. This position is ideal for educators, STEM instructors, computer science students or graduates, engineering students, robotics mentors, makers, game designers, and technology enthusiasts who enjoy working with children. Engineering and maker activities STEAM curriculum and enrichment activities Responsibilities Lead fun, interactive, and educational technology enrichment classes. Teach hands-on activities involving coding, robotics, engineering, game design, digital creativity, and STEAM. Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities. Adapt activities to different student learning levels and abilities. Maintain a safe, positive, organized, and engaging classroom environment. Manage student behavior and encourage active participation. Prepare, organize, and safely manage technology equipment and instructional materials. Set up and clean up the classroom before and after programming. Communicate professionally with students, school staff, parents, and CAM Edu team members. Participate in staff meetings, training, planning, and curriculum development. Support additional program activities and responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications Experience working with children in a teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or enrichment setting preferred. Experience with technology, STEM, STEAM, coding, robotics, or related activities preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to engage students through hands-on and interactive activities. Creative, patient, dependable, and enthusiastic approach to working with children. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the CAM Edu team. Comfortable learning new technology, curriculum, and instructional methods. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

September 14, 2026 Part-time position. Must be available to work in person in Oakland. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be flexible with program scheduling based on school and operational needs.
