We do a bit of everything, so no two weeks look the same. We're looking for a Composites Technician who wants to build things and grow with us. You don't need to walk in the door as an expert, we'll train you on prepregs, advanced wet layup, and resin infusion. What matters most is that you want to learn and you're a team player. What You'll Do Learn and perform composite fabrication techniques including wet layup, resin infusion, and prepreg layup (full training provided) Work across a wide range of industries and project types: aerospace, automotive, marine, medical, motorsports, architectural, entertainment, and fine arts Get hands-on and get dirty, this is a real fabrication shop, not a desk job Work well with your team and your project manager day to day What We're Looking For Genuine desire to learn and build, this matters more than your current skill level Basic composites experience is a plus, but not required, we'll teach the rest Willingness to work long hours when production demands it A team player who works well with others on the shop floor Willing to get hands-on and dirty, no exceptions Must live within a 20-mile radius of the facility (Orange County, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Irvine, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, and nearby areas) Must be a US citizen and able to provide a Social Security card (work eligibility requirement)

Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
