Our company focuses on generating consistent work through marketing, advertising, sales, customer service, scheduling, and operations so our installers can spend their time doing what they do best: Installing ceramic coatings. As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our Certified Ceramic Coating Installer Network and are looking for dependable professionals who take pride in producing exceptional work. About the Opportunity This is not a traditional hourly detailing job. This is not an entry-level position. This is an opportunity for experienced installers to receive consistent ceramic coating appointments without having to spend their time finding customers, running advertisements, answering sales calls, or managing the day-to-day operations of a business. We handle the marketing. We handle the sales. We handle the customer acquisition. We handle scheduling and much of the customer communication. Your responsibility is to complete high-quality work, communicate professionally with our management team, and provide an excellent customer experience. If you're someone who enjoys installing ceramic coatings more than chasing leads, this may be a great fit. Experienced Independent Installers (Preferred) Our primary hiring focus is experienced installers who can operate independently.

Qualified subcontractors:

Already know how to perform professional ceramic coating installations Have experience with paint correction and machine polishing Own their own tools and equipment Use their own chemicals and products (unless otherwise arranged) Can work independently with minimal supervision Are paid a flat rate per completed job If you already have the skills, equipment, and experience, we'd love to speak with you. Developing Installers We may also consider a limited number of applicants who already have real ceramic coating experience but are still developing professionally. This is not intended for someone who is completely new to detailing or ceramic coatings. Depending on your experience, developing installers may: Work using company equipment and products Receive additional guidance from our team Be compensated at a lower flat-rate structure while building experience Have opportunities to advance into our independent subcontractor program as their skills, consistency, and reliability grow These opportunities are limited and are offered on a case-by-case basis. Responsibilities Perform paint preparation and decontamination Complete paint correction when required Install professional ceramic coatings according to company standards Arrive on time and communicate professionally Document completed work with before-and-after photos when requested Maintain a clean and professional work environment Represent Valley Auto Pros professionally while working with customers Follow company installation procedures and quality standards Minimum Qualifications Previous ceramic coating installation experience Experience using machine polishers Knowledge of proper paint preparation Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Smartphone with reliable communication Professional attitude Ability to work independently Preferred Qualifications Two or more years of detailing experience Mobile detailing experience Paint correction experience Professional-grade ceramic coating experience Portfolio or before-and-after photos Ability to travel throughout your service area The Type of Installer We're Looking For Skill and experience are important, but mindset matters just as much. This Position Is NOT For You If You have never installed ceramic coatings. You're looking for paid training from scratch. You don't enjoy producing high-quality work. You frequently arrive late or struggle with communication. You don't own your own equipment (for the independent subcontractor role). You're looking for a traditional hourly employee position. This Position May Be Perfect For You If You already know how to install ceramic coatings professionally. You enjoy the work more than selling. You want more consistent appointments. You want to spend less time finding customers. You take pride in your craftsmanship. You want to work with a company that values professionalism, communication, and quality.
