Job Description

We are seeking a Leather Preparer and Weaver in Training to join our production team. This is a hands-on, on-site role for an emerging craftsperson who will learn how to prepare hides for weaving, dress, and weave by hand, on a 16+ harness loom.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respectfully handle and care for leather Learn the mechanical operations of, and maintain Italian machinery Split, skive, and strip skins, with precision in preparation for weaving Collaborate with our team to meet design requirements, and production timelines Master the art of weaving
