Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for motivated individuals with a solid foundation in sewing or crafting skills and a willingness to grow into the roles of seamstress/tailor apprentice or shoemaker's apprentice.
Ideal candidates will have:
Relevant Experience:
Familiarity with sewing machines, garment construction, leatherwork including refinishing and color matching, or other related skills is a plus. Attention to

A natural appreciation for precision, quality, and fine craftsmanship.

Comprehensive Training:
Begin at the counter to gain an overview of our operations and the standards of excellence we uphold. This initial role will allow you to observe and understand the workflow of each department.
Progressive Skill Development:
Over time, you'll take on supervised projects and gradually work independently as your skills grow. You'll learn not just the "how" but the "why" behind our meticulous processes.

Starting at $700-$1,000 per week, based on experience and skill level.
