A Brilliant Finish is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We specialize in professional detailing and cosmetic restoration for a wide range of vehicles, with a strong focus on boats, along with cars, RVs, and jet skis. We operate through our in-house shop, mobile units, and dealership partnerships , giving you the opportunity to work in a variety of environments and build real-world skills.

What You'll Do:

As a Detail Technician, you'll be trained in and perform services such as: Wet sanding & high-speed buffing Paint correction & polishing Ceramic coating applications Decal & vinyl removal Interior & exterior detailing Preparing vehicles and boats for sale No experience? Location & Training:

Interviews and training take place at: 5667 Commerce Dr, Suite 1, Edgewood, FL 32839 Important -

Boat Show Requirement:

Twice a year, we support the Orlando Boat Show.

During these events:

All team members are required to participate Extended hours may be required Time-off requests are not permitted
