Minimum 2 years of dental ceramics experience Build Confidence Through Craftsmanship Integrity Dental Services is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Full-Arch Dental Ceramist to join our growing team in Duluth, Georgia. In this role, you will help finish highly aesthetic, functional full-arch restorations by combining hands-on ceramic artistry with disciplined laboratory processes and digital workflows. The right candidate understands that consistent quality depends on both technical ability and strong collaboration. You will work closely with designers, technicians, and quality team members to ensure each restoration follows the prescription, approved design, and Integrity's quality standards. What You'll Do Perform stain-and-glaze applications and ceramic layering on zirconia full-arch restorations. Create natural tooth morphology, surface texture, translucency, shade, and gingival characterization appropriate to each case. Review prescriptions, digital designs, clinical photographs, shade information, and case notes before beginning ceramic work. Evaluate occlusion, contours, symmetry, shade, and surface finish against case specifications and internal quality standards. Collaborate with CAD designers, full-arch technicians, and quality-control team members to resolve case questions and support predictable workflows. Identify quality concerns early, complete adjustments accurately, and help reduce avoidable rework. Maintain an organized workstation and follow established material-handling, equipment, safety, and production procedures. Contribute to process improvements that strengthen consistency, communication, and craftsmanship across the full-arch department. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional dental ceramics experience. Hands-on experience with zirconia, porcelain, stain-and-glaze techniques, and ceramic layering. A strong understanding of dental anatomy, tooth morphology, color, texture, and gingival aesthetics. Excellent hand skills, visual judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to read and follow dental prescriptions, digital designs, shade information, photographs, and technical instructions. Ability to manage priorities and maintain quality in a production-focused laboratory environment. Clear communication skills and a collaborative, accountable approach to work. Full-arch or implant-supported restoration experience is preferred. Familiarity with digital dental workflows is a plus. Why Work at Integrity?
