What You'll Do As a member of our Decor Crew you'll: Experience with using ladders

•Not afraid to be on roofs of house Lead and supervise the holiday decor crew Install and remove holiday lights and decorations Follow installation plans and safety guidelines Load, unload, and organize equipment and materials Ensure installations are completed neatly and professionally Maintain schedules and ensure projects are completed on time Provide excellent customer service Pay & Position Details Hourly wage: Starting at $22.00 (based on experience) Hourly, non-exempt position Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive hourly pay

What We're Looking For:

Must have: experience pulling a 20-ft trailer Plus, one or more of the following: Christmas décor installation experience Tree-climbing experience Roofing experience A valid driver's license and a safe driving record 21 years or older (required to drive company vehicles) Committed to safety and teamwork Positive, reliable, and customer-focused Able to work in various weather conditions and tackle challenges with a smile If you're ready to build a career-not just work a job
