Motion Lab is a high-energy Lagree fitness studio in Des Moines offering intense, low-impact workouts that deliver serious results. Our community is strong, supportive, and always up for a challenge. What You'll Do:
Lead 45-minute Lagree classes on the Megaformer Deliver a safe, high-intensity, low-impact workout that challenges all fitness levels Create an empowering, high-energy experience every class Offer personalized cues, hands-on corrections, and motivation to clients Contribute to a positive, inclusive studio culture Help new clients feel confident and supported, especially in their first few classes Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards and elevate the Motion Lab experienceYou Are:
Passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others get stronger Highly reliable, professional, and punctual A team player who loves community and connection No Lagree Experience? No Problem. We offer Official Lagree certifcation followed by in-house mentorship. Early bird priceing- $1500 by 8/11, $1900 after.
In-person training commitment:
August 28 11 AM- 7 PM, August 29 11 AM
- 7 PM, August 30 11 AM
- 5 PM.
