2:55pm- 11:25pm or 11:05pm

Fabrication & Mold Prep Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds and materials for the wind turbine blade manufacturing process
- Apply materials, coatings, and components according to production specifications
- Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
- Assist with lay-up, assembly, and fabrication of blade components
- Inspect materials and completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
